during such hard times our priority has always been protecting and safeguarding all the people who work with SEI Laser and their health.
We are aware of the importance, more than ever, to be close to our customers and partners, by granting remote assistance, technical support and regular contacts. For this reason our after sales department and logistics are active and ready to support you in full.
In compliance with the Government measures, SEI Laser has kept partially operational both its production facilities based in Mapello (Bergamo) and Buja (Udine). We have taken this decision in order to grant support to our customers, especially those who deal with strategic areas of the fight against the virus spread, like those in the food, pharmaceutical and packaging supply chains.
Our organization is operational and we have been taking all the necessary protective measures. It’s not easy to work under these exceptional circumstances and we would like to thank our Staff and our Distribution network who are giving us the chance to grant regular support to our customers all over the world. We have already activated smart working measures, on-line product demos and training.
We are there, ready to start again together as soon as this difficult moment will be over.
