The LCW is KELVA’s contact cleaner for wider single sided cleaning. It can handle webs from 55.11″ to 98.42″ (1400 to 2500 mm) wide. It is designed to be mounted on top of an existing roller in a machine. The cleaner is operated by pneumatic cylinders, lifting the cleaner and keeping pressure on the web while in operation. The adhesive roll layer can easily be changed when the machine is taken out of operation, or when lifted from web.
